By using KTJ Investment Group investors are able to have quick and easy closings with desirable discounts. We also make it easy to use our services again and again by having trained and discerning Agents that establish good relations with investors and sellers.
What We Do
KTJ Investment Group uses a variety of techniques to benefit investors.
Wholesaling
We contract with the seller and then assign the contract to investors. This is done in a short period of time and no repairs are made to the home before it is sold. This is done for a flat fee — $5,000 per property.
Bird Dogging
We spend our time so that investors don't have to looking for homes with investment potential and are sold at a discount. These homes are usually distressed and can be invested in for a higher profit later. This is done for a flat fee — $3,000 per property.
